Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for Green Fees:

Cancellations received at least 8 weeks prior to the date of play will receive a full refund minus a small charge to cover administration and bank fees.

Cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks prior to the date of play will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the date of play will not be refunded.

We will always do our best to accommodate a booking which has had to be cancelled by offering to move the booking to another suitable date, however we regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed or cancelled flights, travel plans, personal injuries, or illness.

We strongly recommend that all visitors purchase travel insurance.
